2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 14.04.2024 before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.21 of 2023.
