The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 22.04.2013.
2.Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3.On a perusal of the impugned order of suspension, it is evident that the petitioner was placed under suspension based on a corruption complaint registered by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Department. Though the order of suspension pertains to the year 2013, the petitioner has not produced any material to establish that he was subsequently acquitted of the corruption charges. In the absence of any such material, this Court does not find any infirmity in the impugned order of suspension. 4.In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
