This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to re-instate the petitioner into service in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.06.2015 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary. 2.
Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.
The petitioner was originally selected to the post of Junior Grade Secondary Grade Teacher on consolidated pay at St.Lazarus Middle School, Chennai on 01.03.2006. Thereafter, she was appointed in 2/6
regular sanctioned post of Secondary Grade Teacher of the very same school on the vacancy arose due to resignation of incumbent one, A.Sagayarani. The said school is a minority school coming under the management of 'The Mother General, Bonsecours Generalate, Adaikkala Annai Nagar, Chennai-25. Her appointment was duly approved as per the proceeding of the second respondent by the proceedings dated 04.05.2006. She was transferred from the said school to R.C.Primacy School, Siruthanur, Villupuram District on 14.06.2007. Again, she was transferred to St.Antony Loordhu Aided Middle School, Nagapattinam and she was relieved from the earlier school on 11.06.2013. She joined on 12.06.2013. Again, she was transferred to St.Joseph Primary School, Pallavaram, Chennai and she joined on 15.06.2013.
However, her service records were not returned from Nagapattinam to Pallavaram School. Therefore, she was not sanctioned with salary. She had received salary only upto 11.06.2013 till she was working in Siruthanur R.C.Primary School. Thereafter, she was prevented from attending school. Therefore, the petitioner filed this writ petition to reinstate her into service with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary.

While pending the writ petition, she was again appointed as Head Mistress and she is working in R.C.Loyala Middle School, Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District. Insofar as other benefits, she has to approach the authority concerned.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation before the authority concerned for her service continuity and other benefits, if any. There shall be no order as to costs.
