This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months in the above Crl.O.P.No.1138 of 2023 dated 20.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is duly complying the condition imposed on him by this Court to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. However, due to the appearance before the respondent police daily, he could not go to work for day to day life of livelihood. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far, the petitioner has complied the condition for the period of 19 days and now the charge sheet has been filed, which is yet to be taken on file.

4. Considering the above submission and on considering the fact that now the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

5. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 1138 of 2023 vide order dated 20.01.2023 shall remain unalterted.
