It is stated that as against the petitioner, who is an accused in C.C.No.

17 of 2019 now pending before the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai, NBW is pending.

2. The petitioner has to necessarily appear before the Court and consequently, the anticipatory bail petition would not lie.

3. Accordingly, this Petition stands dismissed.

4. The statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a mentally unsound person is recorded.
