Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 17.10.2019, addressed to the Joint Registrar, High Court of Madras, informing that he has got instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition. The said letter is taken on record. An endorsement to the said effect is also taken from the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In view of the letter submitted and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
