ORDER

Aggrieved by the fact that the petitioners' representation seeking separate Natham House site patta in respect of S.No.292/part-I, New Natham SF No.546/1 to 22 in No.201- Kandadu Village, with in the Marakkanam Taluk, Villupuram District vide his representation dated 03.12.2022 has not 2/5

been considered till date, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by proceeding dated 12.10.2001 the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar No.2 had recommended the issuance of free house site patta in SF.No.292/Part-I, New Natham SF.No.546/1 to 22 to the petitioner. This in turn was on the basis of the report given by the Tahsildar, Tindivanam, to grant free house site patta to 37-beneficiaries by the order dated 08.04.2002. Therefore, considering the fact that from the year 2022 the representation of the petitioner has not been processed particularly, when the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar and the Tahsildar have recommended the same, a mandamus is issued, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.

2022 by following the recommendations of the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Tindivanam in his report dated 12.10.2001. The said representation shall be considered and disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands allowed.No costs. 11.11.
