[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to produce the petitioner's son S.Ajay Aravind (aged 19 years), who is found missing from 03/07/2018 and set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been secured and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 19.07.2018 and handed over to the petitioner.
