Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the data base maintained, pertaining to those individuals, who are not allowed to travel abroad, and to set aside the Look Out Circular (LOC) erroneously issued qua the petitioner without any authority of law for preventing him from travelling abroad in contravention of his fundamental rights to travel, to do business and to live a life with dignity and any other or further order in the petitioner's interest as may deem just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case.
