This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.1375 of 2014 dated 18.10.2014 pending on the file of T3 Korattur Police Station, Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.Shaikh Mehrusina, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in Crime.No.1375 of 2014 before the respondent.

4. The respondent is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously.
