O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for having committed wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.15301 of 2014 on 19.6.2014.

2. Heard Mrs. Thenmozhi Shiva Perumal, learned counsel appearing for the Contempt Petitioner and Mrs.M.F. Shabana, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The respondent/contemnor is present before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the

petitioner/complainant is in Bangalore and in spite of issuance of notice, he has not appeared before the respondent police for enquiry.

5. The petitioner/complainant is present in Court and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that her client will appear before the respondent police on any day that may be fixed by this Court.

6. In view of the submisions made by the learned counsel for petitioner and respondent, this court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 3.8.2015 at 10.30 a.m. and on his appearance the respondent police shall enquire into the matter as directed by this court in its order dated 19.6.2014.

7. With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed.
