This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction court as the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai instead of Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai, in the above Crl.O.P.No.1015 of 2023 vide order dated 02.02.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.1015 of 2023, dated 02.02.2023 and issue fresh order copy.
