Respondent Prayer : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set-aside the order made in Tr.O.P.No.103 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore by transferring the H.M.O.P.No.30 of 2010 to in any one of the Court in Cuddalore, not much less to the Court at Cuddalore, that would be more convenient to the respondent also.

ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the dismissal of the petition in Tr.O.P.No.103 of 2013 on the file of the 1/4
Principal District Judge, Cuddalore to transfer H.M.O.P.No.30 of 2010 from the file of the Sub-Judge, Chidambaram to any other Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and he undertakes to send an e-mail to that effect.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that she has been appointed by the Legal Authority Services, to conduct the case on behalf of the respondent and hence, she wants time to get instructions from the respondent.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned cousel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
