This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1895 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023 on condition that he should report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. for the period of three months.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed, until final report is filed. In view of the same this petition is ordered.
