This criminal revision has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 02.02.2018 made in Crl.M.P.No.3255 of 2017 in C.C.No.3 of 2016 on the file of Special Court under TNPID Act https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cases, Coimbatore.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there are arguable points raised in the petition for discharge filed before the lower Court in Crl.M.P.No.3255 of 2017, however, the lower Court did not consider the same and dismissed the said petition. Hence, the petitioner has filed this revision.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that already 18 witnesses were examined and he has not cross examined any witnesses. Hence, he seeks liberty to file appropriate petition for recalling witnesses for the purpose of cross examination and to raise all the grounds at the time of trial.

4.In view of the limited relief now sought for by the petitioner, this revision is closed with liberty to raise all the grounds at the time of trial.

5.This criminal revision is closed on the above terms. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
