ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to produce the detenue viz., Kalpana, W/o.Selvakumar, female, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

It is the case of the petitioner that his wife Kalpana, aged about 19 years, went missing from 18.02.2021 and that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
police are not taking effective steps to secure her. 3.
Today, Mr.S.D.Roosevel Joseph, Sub-Inspector of Police, Vellavedu Police Station, Thiruvallur District, is present. 4.
On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Vellavedu Police Station Crime No.68 of 2021 was registered for 'woman missing' on 18.02.2021. He further submitted that on 27.02.2021, Kalpana was secured and during enquiry, Kalpana stated that she is not willing to go with the petitioner and now, Kalpana is in the custody of her parents.
Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed with liberty to the parties to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
