This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 24.11.2022 on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17697 of in Crl.O.P.No.24649 of 2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petition is ordered.
