Rpa C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the claims made by the Bank have been settled by the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions and hence the same may be dismissed as infructuous. She has also made endorsements to the said effect in both the Petitions. 2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsements made, Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
