PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to revise the petitioner's pension as per the revised pension proposal dated 05.09.2009, in accordance with the Government Orders in G.O.Ms.No.202, School Education (G2) Department, dated 24.09.2008 and G.O.Ms.No.156 AdiDravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW7) Department, dated 13.10.2005 and to pay all necessary arrears of pension and also with all attendant benefits. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to revise the petitioner's pension as per the revised pension proposal dated 05.09.2009, in accordance with the Government Orders in G.O.Ms.No.202, School Education (G2) Department, dated 24.09.2008 and G.O.Ms.No.156 AdiDravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW7) Department, dated 13.10.2005 and to pay all necessary arrears of pension and also with all attendant benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel 2/14

appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has got the relief as sought for in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted a copy of the letter dated 09.02.2015 written by the petitioner stating that he has received all the benefits as sought for in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
