ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvarur to dispose the case in S.C.No.104 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible within a time frame fixed.

2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvarur, to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.104 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.

3. With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
