Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second and third respondents to register the Sale Deed dated 08.01.2014 assigned as pending document number P2/2014 and release the same to the petitioner.

ORDER

The petitioner filed this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to register the document presented on 8.1.2014.

2. When the writ petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Government advocate, by placing reliance on the written instruction given by the Sub-Registrar, Marakkanam, submitted that the document in question has already been registered on 21.3.2014, vide Document No.903/2014.

3. In view of the registration of Document by the third respondent, nothing survives for adjudication.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
