The petitioner seeks a direction to direct the respondents to register and investigate the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.05.2015 and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one S.Nalini, a petition enquiry is pending in O.S.No.1024 of 2015.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent police is directed to register a case and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law.
