PRAYER:
This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to punish the respondents for not complying with the order dated 14.07.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 9603 of 2008.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate produced the proceedings dated 25.09.2015 and submitted that the order dated 14.07.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 9603 of 2008 is complied with.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said proceedings cannot be stated to have been in full compliance as per the order of this Court.
3. Inasmuch as, the order has already been passed in proceedings dated 25.09.2015, this Court does not find any willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in not having complied with the order passed by this Court. Hence, this Contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.09.2015, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
