ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying direct the 2nd respondent police i.e., Inspector of Police, Thiruvallur Town Police Station, Thiruvallur to register the complaint dated 21.05.2015 and to file FIR and start the investigation immediately as per the guidelines laid down by the Apex Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 Lalitha Kumari -Vs- Government of Uttar Pradesh and other.

2. Heard M/s.Prof.M.Udaya Bhanu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias,learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.218 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.218 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
