When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, except the payment of Rs.55,000/-, the respondent / contemnor has complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4668 of 2016, dated 08.02.2016. On the other hand, it is stated by the learned standing counsel for the respondent Corporation that the respondent has paid the said sum also through RTGS mode only on today, and there is no balance to be paid.
