These petitions have been filed seeking to amend the offence as Sections 379 and 430 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 instead of Sections 379 and 430 of IPC and Section 21(5) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.734 of 2024 dated 22.01.2024 and to extend the time limit for complying with the conditions.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.734 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 22.01.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for complying the conditions till 08.03.2024.
