Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

2. Today, when the matter is called, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced the proceedings of the second respondent, in R.No.62429/R-3/2014 (E.O.No.203 of 2015), dated 04.08.2015, by which, the request made by the petitioner was rejected. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order, dated 22.12.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.34359 of 2014 has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to challenge the proceedings of the second respondent in the manner known to law, if they so desire. No costs.
