Today, this matter is posted before this Court under the caption ''for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 17.07.2018, has allowed the Civil Revision Petition and there is an error in prayer portion as III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore instead of the IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore. Likewise, in the first para of the order portion, it is mentioned as III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore instead of the IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore and a copy also has been marked to III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore instead of the IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the same in the order dated 17.07.2018 as IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore instead of the III Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore and mark the copy.

4. Except the above modification, remaining portion of the order dated 17.07.2018 shall stand unaltered.

04.09.2019 Note: Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy after making necessary corrections.
