The petition is filed to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 4 to 6 in the W.P.No.31064/2017.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners herein. 3.

A perusal of the records would go to show that the proposed respondents 4 and 5 were already impleaded as respondents 4 and 5 by the order of this Court made in WMP.No.20319/2018 in W.P.No.31064/2017 dated 04.10.2019. Hence, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present petition, the proposed 6th respondent is impleaded as 6th respondent in the Writ Petition.
