By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he has purchased the property in S.Nos.334/4 & 333/3 situated in Udhayathur Villar, Gangavalli Taluk and Salem District, by means of a Registered Sale Deed dated 19.08.2008 and when he sought to get a bank loan from State Bank of India, Attur, the Branch Manager has sought for D-Guard patta for loan purpose and in this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 03.03.2015 to the 2nd respondent for issuance of D-Guard patta and since, he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2015 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
