The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent complied with the order in his proceedings In Na.Ka.No.9583/A2/2011 dated 17.7.2014. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has not yet settled the arrears to the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to give suitable instructions to settle the arrears to the petitioner at the earliest.
