ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue appropriate direction to the respondent police, to investigate into the offences alleged in the F.I.R. in Crime No.399 of 2015 and file final report against the accused referred in the complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the police have conducted investigation in Crime No.399 of 2015 and they have closed the case after service of RCS notice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the police is directed to file closure report before the concerned Magistrate and the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest application before the said Magistrate.
