A.No.1060 of 2024 is filed by the Applicant/9th defendant seeking leave of this Court to receive 17 documents on the side of the 9th defendant/Applicant.
2. The matter is in a part heard stage and the 9th defendant is in the witness box.
3. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs has no objection to the documents being received on condition that subject to admissibility, proof and relevancy. Mr.R.Thiagarajan, learned counsel for D3, D5 to D7, would however submit that some of the documents are filed as photostat copies and not even certified copies.
4. Accordingly, this Application is allowed, recording the said objections of the learned counsel Mr.R.Thiagarajan. The documents sought to be produced shall be received in evidence subject to certified copies or originals being marked.
