The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to grant permission for conducting Village Temple festival at Sri Palani Murugan Koil on 20.05.2016 and 21.05.2016 situated at Alangiam, Dharapuram Taluk, Tripur District, by considering the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 28.04.2016.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
