No representation for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. This Court by order dated 07.08.2019 has granted three months time to comply with the order dated 24.07.2017 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition and the same was received by the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur on 06.12.2019. Now, the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has written the letter vide Dis.No.1164 of 2023 dated 13.09.2023 to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras requesting extension of time for the further period of three months to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.116 of 2014 in accordance with the direction passed by this Court on 07.08.2019. This Court is inclined to grant three months time from today and accordingly the learned District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.116 of 2014 on or before 10.01.2024.

2. The Registry is directed to sent a copy to the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur and marking a copy to the Principal District Judge, Vellore.
