ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police herein to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.912 of 2015 dated 04.06.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner was assaulted by the opposite party. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the complaint dated 04.06.2015 to the respondent-Police in person, together with the wound certificate and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
