ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Koothanallur Police Station, Thiruvarur District to complete the investigation in the above case in Crime No.47 of 2014 and file a final report before the concerned court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is almost completed and the draft charge sheet is ready.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
