O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking modification of one of the bail conditions imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.6(b) vide order dated 30.01.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2297 of 2025while granting bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court directed the petitioner to stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Further, the petitioner should not enter into the jurisdiction limits of the respondent police station, until further orders. He further submits that the petitioner had face untold hardships and sufferings and it is very difficult to stay at Villupuram. Hence, he prays to modify the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that the petitioner had been complied with the condition regularly.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. All other 2/4

conditions remain unaltered.

6. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
