ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue necessary direction to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action as against the respondents No.4 & 5 for having indulged in the petitioner's lawful collection of toll in the areas mentioned in the proceedings of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 1st respondent dated 25.03.2015, based on the petitioner's representation in the form of complaint dated 04.08.2015 made to the 2nd respondent.

2. The police protection was sought for in the year 2015. At this length of time, this Court cannot grant any direction as sought for by the petitioner.

This Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent police if the threat perspective continues. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
