ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to register the FIR against the accused persons, based on the complaint, dated 26.05.2015 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a complaint given by the petitioner is being enquired into by the Central Crime Branch, Team No.XIV. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer, Central Crime Branch, Team No.XIV and cooperate with the investigation.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
