When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of this petition, the matter has been settled between the parties and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
