This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose the petitioner's application dated 09.09.2020 and issue patta in the land situated in S.No.327/19 to the extent of 925.36 Sq.ft at Kolathur Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also concurs with the same.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
