This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he should appear before the Learned I Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases at Chennai on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16912 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22142 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 on the file of this Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.3 imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.M.P.No.16912 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22142 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned I Additional Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases at Chennai on all the hearing dates at 10.30 a.m.
