This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation letter dated 21.01.2020, wherein and whereby, he sought for execution of the sale deed in his favour. 2.Learned counsel for the respondents, on the other hand, submitted that the representation of the petitioner has already been rejected by passing an order on 03.02.2020 on the reason that the petitioner is not residing in the said property. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the respective parties, only by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy as against the order passed on 03.02.2020. No costs.
