This Court, by its order dated 18.03.2022, directed the registry to issue bailable warrant for the appearance of the respondent /Tahsildar before this Court on 25.03.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for Issuance of Patta', the respondent/Tahsildar, appeared before this Court and agreed to issue Patta on or before 30.03.2022.

3.Hence, the bailable warrant issued by this Court is recalled.

4.Post the matter on 30.03.2022, for issuance of Patta.
