Respondents Prayer : The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C., to withdraw the case in C.C.No.75of 2015 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Puducherry and transfer the same to any other court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking a direction to withdraw the case in C.C.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Puducherry and transfer the same to any other court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 9 submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner alleging cruelty and dowry harassment, a case was in registered in Cr.No.6 of 2014 against them and on enquiry, final report was filed culminating into filing of C.C.No.75 of 2015 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry, wherein, the respondents were ranked as A1 to A8. He would further submit that the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pondicherry disposed of the abovesaid C.C.No.75 of 2015 by acquitting all the accused persons therein/respondents 2 to 9 on

30.09.2022.
