ORDER

Though the present petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of Quo Warranto questioning the authority under which 2nd respondent is holding the post of Municipal Commissioner Grde-II in the Nellikuppam Municipality, Nellikuppam, however, when the case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.22058 of 2013, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

2. The above stand of the petitioner is concurred by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. In view of the fair submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication in view of the order of this Court in W.P.
