ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent police to produce the body of petitioner, male child, namely, R.Gowtham, aged about 14 years, before this Court and hand over to the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The petitioner is the father of the detenu who is missing from 14.06.2018 after informing the warden that he is going to his grandmother's house.

3. We have perused the status report filed by the respondent. It appears that the investigation has already been done. However, the detenu is yet to be secured. Prima facie, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the detenu left the hostel on his own. However, taking into consideration the detenu was a young boy at that point of time, while closing this Habeas Corpus Petition, we direct the respondent to continue the investigation and secure the detenu. As and when the detenu is secured, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
