This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue a direction, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Pondicherry to dispose the petition Crl.MP.No.702 of 2015 in Crl.MP.No.341 of 2015 in MC. No.3 of 2015 on its merits, expeditiously within stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.It is seen that the respondent has obtained an ad-interim exparte orders against the petitioners on 11.03.2015 Crl.MP.No.349 of 2015 in MC.No.3 of 2015 under the Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 4.The petitioners have filed a Crl.MP.No.702 of 2015 before the learned Magistrate No.I, Puducherry to revoke the exparte order and they now seeks direction from this Court to direct the said Judicial Magistrate to dispose of the petition in Crl.M.P. No.702 of 2015 expeditiously.

5. It is the case of the petitioner that no marriage solemnized between the first petitioner and the respondent. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate I, Puducherry, to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.702 of 2015 in M.C.No.3 of 2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
