ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to expeditiously conclude the investigation in CBCID, Metro Wing Crime No.24 of 2019 and to file a final report within a stipulated time frame.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in Crime No.24 of 2019 has been completed. The respondent police will file the final report within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. Recording the same, direction is issued to the respondent police to file the final report in Cr. No.24 of 2019, pending on his file and as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.
